Bringing over 15 years of experience out of the 16 years the Crypto & Blockchain space has existed. A serial entrepreneur, and investor in the Web3 space, Jimmie combines his business development, tech, and field expertise to Penning Groups development of becoming the digital assets platform for the masses. Trusted advisor within the blockchain and crypto space, he has spent the last decade building yield generating platforms, products and services in the digital asset realm. As the CEO, he’s serving as one of the founding teams visionaries for how money is moving in the future, in a world that enjoys economic freedom and wealth creation, no matter who and where you are.

A venture “veteran”, Hasan comes from over a decade of startup experience founding numerous tech startups, and raising capital for +100 ventures. His first entry to realm of digital assets, came during his tenure at a corporate finance house in 2016, and has since then been an early advisors at of the Blockchain Center in Vilnius, and supported raising capital for ICO and blockchain related startups. As a seasoned investor in the financial markets, he was part of building one of the largest online communities for the general public to investing in the financial markets, and later on part of building what became the largest angel investment network in Denmark allowing the “common man” a community to invest in promising ventures. As the Chief Business Officer at Penning Group, Hasan is part of democratizing access for both privates and businesses across borders to the digital assets space.

Being at the core of blockchain development, and governance Martin is leading the operational, technology and business development goals at Penning Group. Having served as a blockchain expert at Danish Standards, creating international ISO standards for blockchain technology, while consulting and heading initiatives for the implementation of blockchain solutions with the Danish Health Data Authority and for United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, his unique combination of tech, and business sets the future roadmap for Penning Group. As an avid investor and researcher of digital assets capital markets, as the hedge fund Penning Capital Management has changed to Penning Invest (different products etc.)
